I bought this in Dec 2023, but only started using it in Feb 2024. It was great to use in summer for decanting wine. Come winter 2024, I take it out the box again and the stopper is stuck. I went back to shop again to explain that I need help to get the stopper out — they couldn't advise how to get it out. They took my details and said someone will call to resolve. No one called. I was hoping that come this spring, it would magically pop out again but to no avail. I now sit with a product that I cannot use — very disappointed. Read more

The product is the best. What I also love about you guys is the fact that you order online and you have an option deliver to closest Postnet and I can collect from there.
