  • Use and store the product between 20°C to 30°C
  • Keep away from water, intense heat, and sharp objects
  • Use a dry cloth to clean ports, and avoid contact with any liquid
  • Regular use is advised for the longevity of the unit
  • Overloading the battery will cause damage
  • Storage:
    • Don't store above 45°C or below -10°C
    • Storing a battery with a low charge for a long period shortens its lifespan — this product reduces damage by putting the battery into hibernation mode
    • Charge to 60% before putting into long-term storage, every three months discharge to 30% and recharge back to 60%
  • Usage:
    • Power consumption for connected devices should be less than 800W, overdraw protection provides 10 seconds of runtime over 800W before the device shuts down
    • Wattage exceeding 1600W will cause immediate shutdown causing damage
    • Don't drain to 0%, and don't charge above 97%
