Hey All
My mom has a gluten allergy and hence she's taken to baking her own breads. I'm considering getting her a bread maker so she can just chuck all the ingredients in and push button :)
Any ideas which machines would be best suited for gluten free recipes as the dough consistency is sometimes very different to normal dough.

HI, I have the Breville bread maker which is fantastic. But if your mom is the only one going to eat the GF bread then a bread maker with a small loaf pan option would be a better option. Good luck! Tandy
