I have a Kitchenaid artisan mixer and would like to get it serviced. Anybody know where I can take it? I'm in Sandton.

The Kitchen Aid agents are in Cape Town, you can contact them on 0215550700. They might know where you can service your machine Johannesburg.

Hi - I went online to Kitchenaid 24 hour service website and got to point where agent asked me to pay R15 to connect with a technician and that the R15 would be refunded - I am certainly not loading bank card details on that site. How do I repair Kitchenaid Kettle with adjustable temperature. I am in Pretoria
