Why did my lemon cookies bubble and melt?
I made the lemon cookies on the 2nd lesson. I don't know if this is how I'm supposed to contact you for this type of help, but i don't know what went wrong.
I live in America so some of the measurements are different but I am certain I followed the 3 parts flour 2 parts butter and 1 part sugar ratio. Its just once I chilled them the dough became very sticky and hard to cut even with flouring my cookie cutters. I put them in the oven on the correct temperature and when they finished they had completely lost their form and were bubbling and wet.
