For the Rosemary and feta focaccia, what kind of flour does one normally use? Also instead of sea salt flakes, can I use regular salt?

What is the difference?

Hi Mili, I'm not sure which recipe you are referring to - can you perhaps send me the link? Thanks!

Hey,
All-purpose flour is perfect for making focaccia bread. You can use bread flour, but the bread will be a bit chewier.

Yes, if you don't have sea flakes in your hand you may use regular salt either sea salt or Himalayan pink salt (preferred), only difference is you have to half the quantity, so that bread may nit be too salty.
