Can precooked boerewors be frozen again?

Hi all, I own a food truck. My biggest headache is the boerewors rolls.
It takes time to get the wors done and the clients get irritated !
To pre-cook is the answer, but the question is whether I can freeze them after the pre-cook again.
PLEASE advise!!!

Hi Peter, pre-cooking and then freezing should be fine. Perhaps cook them 3/4 of the way, let them come to room temperature, wrap them up tightly in cling wrap and pop them in the freezer. You can then take them out and cook them the rest of the way when you need them, but only freeze them once. Hope this helps!
