Hi Guys!

I've done a few of the courses and enjoy them immensely! I was just wondering how often new courses are uploaded? I am not sure what I am going to do once I've finished them All! :)

Also I would like to put in a suggestion for a course on Oriental dishes such as Samosas and Thai green curries and maybe even something along the lines of making sushi at home and such.... As well as a proudly South African course with things such as koeksisters and milk tarts and bunnychow and vetkoek and all of the yummy goodness of the place we call home.
