When making a burger filled with Camembert, do you include the 'mould' around the outside or do you cut it off and only use the creamy centre?

Hi Rene. Great question! We've never actually made this recipe here at Yuppiechef, but the general consensus is that you'd just leave the rind on. However some people are quite picky about cheese rinds (my husband's one of them) so if you're making these for guests, I'd take it off - better safe than sorry :)

From the few recipes we found, it was about 50/50 - no right or wrong way - so it's really up to you! Hope this helps, and good luck, they sound delicious. Oh, and if you need a helping hand with making the patties, you may want to check out Kitchencraft's useful Burger Maker http://www.yuppiechef.com/kitchen-craft-cooks-tools.htm?id=3630&name=Kitchen-Craft-Burger-Maker-With-100-Wax-Discs

Take care, Fiona
