Can you freeze the cauliflower pizza bases?
Would it be possible to make up a number of cauliflower pizza bases in advance and freeze them?

Here is some feedback from our food stylist:
"I haven’t physically tried freezing them myself, however I would recommend par-baking them for the 14 minutes (before adding other toppings etc). This recipes doubles up well and you can even make smaller ones (obviously adjust baking time accordingly). Allow to cool completely before freezing them with baking or parchment paper in-between each one.
"When ready to bake: Sprinkle frozen base (make sure it is on a baking paper lined baking tray) with cheese and toppings and bake for 12- 15 minutes or until golden and bubbling with crispy edges."
Hope this helps!
I have made the wraps from The Real Meal Revolution, as well as some pizza bases made from a low carb, psyllium husk mix. Both items performed very well when frozen. They must be par-baked though. Once cooked, cool down and pack wraps or bases between foilene sheets, then into a large ziploc bag. The foilene makes seperation of product easy.
Hi Janine, we're going to check this with our food stylist and will get back to you with her thoughts. Thanks!
