I am looking for a Magimix food processor bowl

Does anybody know where one can buy spare parts for a Magimix food processor? The handle of my bowl is broken and I would very much like to get a new one. Yuppiechef was not too helpful when I phoned them!

Stax ordered me a replacement . Took about a week.

How do I get into contact with Stax? Are they not a DVD rental shop? I also need a MMix replacement bowl for the 5100.
