Favourite chicken recipes
Chicken has become a staple ingredient for quick and easy weekday meals and I'm always looking for new ways to prepare it. What is your go to chicken recipe for a simple, tasty dinner?

With regards to the Peri Peri chicken I take it the Cayenne pepper and Chillies are part of the marinade or have I missed something
1 pkt chicken drumsticks and thighs (8 pieces)
1 pkt brown onion soup
1l plain fat free yoghurt
Stir the brown onion soup into the yoghurt
Spread about a quarter of the yoghurt mixture on the bottom of a 20cm square baking dish
Arrange the chicken pieces on top of the yoghurt mixture
Cover the chicken with the remaining mixture
Bake at 180C until browned (approximately an hour)
1 pkt chicken drumsticks & thighs
1/2 packet back bacon
1 Onion
2 cups Basmati Rice
500g Brussel sprouts (optional)
Oil for frying
Salt & Pepper to taste
To be made in a pot.
Chop onions and bacon and fry till translucent, add chicken pieces and brown. Remove chicken and add rice to pot and fry until grains turn white, return chicken, add brussel sprouts and cover with water.
Cook until rice is done, adding water if required.
Hello!
My faverourite go-to chicken dish is definitely a roast chicken - simple and classic and great for leftovers.
Here's my version with some added heat and bold flavours:

I also love a Picatta - super easy and feels a bit more glam:

And I do love a good chicken curry, especially on a chilly evening:
