I'm a bit stuck on cheese muffins and cupcakes. What else do you bake with your kids?

I baked crunchie biscuits with my 7 year old son. Easiest biscuit recipe ever.

Crumpets are super easy for kiddies, yummy chocolate cake, meringues ESP swirling a little bit of food colouring in, Oreo ice cream sandwiches, candy sushi with rice Krispy squares.
Send me your email address and I'll send you some Pinterest links for fun baking ideas!

I would suggest some cookies that they can decorate themselves. Perhaps according to some theme like Easter or Christmas.

I cook and bake with my kids often.....my 11 year old boy can bake all on his own now and also whip up the whole family a meal! My other 3 (ages 9,7,6 ) are all quite confident in the kitchen too...and love it! Scones, Waffles, banana bread, brownies, biscuits, cakes are the normal ones and I do my best to put on my apron of patience and have my cloth of second chances nearby!

Bread is our current baking winner.I whip up a batch of dough in the mixer and then kids and friends make their own pizzas or bread creations.

It is amazing the volcanoes, dinosaur landscapes and funny faces that a bit of dough, tomato sauce, cheese and ham can create. (Just make sure they are made on a Silpat or baking tray - otherwise transferring from the table to tray can create a whole new picture!!)
