Hi
I've ordered and just received 2x red ASA latte mugs.
I was not aware that the mugs were sooo big (i didn't check the dimensions). I have literally just opened the box and the mugs are still unused. Is it possible for me to return these and buy something else? I am really looking for a smaller sized mug.

Hi Claudette,
Yes, you most certainly can. If you log into your account, you will be able to see the Returns & Repairs section on the left hand side. Click on there, select the order you would like to return and then simply follow the prompts to complete the returns case.
