  • Always clean thoroughly after each use
  • Always unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet before cleaning
  • To clean the main unit, wipe with a clean, damp cloth
  • Beaters can be removed and washed by hand in warm soapy water or on the top rack of a dishwasher
  • Removable parts are dishwasher safe
  • Never immerse the power adaptor in water or any other liquids
  • To sharpen the blades, run the chopper for a few cycles with a few ice cubes in the bowl to restore their sharp edge
