- Remove and wash ear tips and bands with mild detergent and water
- Rinse and dry ear tips and bands thoroughly before reattaching
- Clean earbud nozzles with a dry, soft cotton swab only
- Don't insert anything into the earbud nozzles
- Wipe charging contacts with a dry, soft cotton swab to prevent corrosion

The product is awesome. However, I'm extremely disappointed with Yuppiechef for providing false assurances. Before placing the order, I called your call centre to verify if the product is not a parallel import and subjected to 3rd party support.
