AMT Gastroguss makes their cookware tough so your food doesn’t have to be. The Non-Stick Paella Pan is made from heavy-duty, hand-cast aluminium and features brass handles. The non-stick coating is 100% PFOA free and helps to keep your pan hygienically clean. These pans are compatible with all hobs (except induction) and are also oven safe up to 240°C.

Care instructions
- Before first use, wash with warm water and a mild detergent
- This product is dishwasher safe but we recommend hand washing with warm water, a mild detergent and a cloth or non-abrasive sponge
- After drying your cookware thoroughly, using a paper towel, wipe the interior with a thin layer of cooking oil before storing
- Using high heat suitable fats and oils will prolong the life of your cookware
- Avoid using cold-pressed oils like olive oil, diet fats and diet margarine
- Don't overheat your cookware for prolonged periods of time as the oil or fat will burn and leave a black residue which could damage the non-stick coating
- To prevent scratching, don’t use metal utensils or knives in your AMT Gastroguss cookware
- Don’t slide your cookware over your stove range
- After use, the surface might change to a light brown colour — this is normal and shouldn't be removed with steel wool or scouring agent
