Care instructions
- Clean all detachable parts in hot, soapy water
- Never wash the steel carafe in the dishwasher
- Hand-wash only
- Wipe down the exterior surface with a soft, damp cloth
- Never use an abrasive cleaner
- Remove the filter basket and use a clean cloth to wipe off the spray head
- It is recommended to run a coffee maker cleaner such as citric acid (Dezcal) through your brewer at a minimum on a quarterly basis
- Don't use vinegar
- If the flow is reduced or the outlet seems clogged, clean the reservoir with a coffee machine cleaner or descaling product
- Calibrate the brewer every 6 months for optimum performance

Not value for money.
This product is not worth the money spent. It's not better than any other filter coffee machine. Other coffee machines which are half the price of this one are able to brew much bigger pots of coffee. Even if it's filled to the 12 cup setting — which is 12 miniature cups, it can't handle the water and amount of coffee and overflows.
