Nopi by Yotam Ottolenghi & Ramael Scully

This is superhero chef Yotam Ottolengi's latest book. It is aimed at the experienced cook, not a beginners book for sure. It has some amazing recipes - fragrant rice, delicious salads and intricate mains as well as deserts. My only criticism would be that some of the ingredients are foreign to us in South Africa, but one can cope without these. A book for any collector of beautiful recipe books to use for a special occasion. Read more
