This is great substitute for knives on countertop. The Drawer Knife fits into my utensils drawer. It is safe, especially with small kids around the kitchen.

I bought my mom a Wusthof In-Drawer Knife Organiser last year. I thought I make her try it out first ;)

I decided to treat myself as well. Yuppiechef had the one for 15 knifes. I thought...wow, awesome...I have to have that one, as I have quite a few knifes.
