Ever since Hells kitchen on BBC I had to own a Wusthof, the 12cm utility knife did not disappoint at all, like cutting butter with a warm knife, I am not disappointed. An excellent buy. Will be seeing more of me in the near future.

Lovely knife

We have had our collection of the 20cm chef's and 12cm knives from Wusthof for about two years. They keep their edge well, but when they do need honing, they get sharp really quickly on hubby's knife sharpener. We are considering expanding the Wusthof collection to include the boning knife. Buying quality always is worthwhile!
