We used our pan for the first time last night to cook lamb chops. The fact that we could partially cook them on the stove top and then place the pan in the oven to crisp the fat and brown the meat was amazing!! Delicious outcome. I am very pleased with my purchase. Saving up now for the smaller pan too.

This pan is sturdy. I does not rock around on the stove and has a nice weight to it.

I have used this pan now for about a month. It is a well designed, well-balanced unit. Easy to hold, control and clean. I chose it primarily as I didn't want any coatings on a pan for health reasons later on. It functions as advertised, solid and very functional. Don't worry about reviewers complaining about sticking when making an omelette, a little olive oil on a high heat and it cooks like a dream! Thanks, Yuppiechef, you guys rock. Read more

This pan cooks really well. I don't miss my non-stick pans at all once I learnt how to get the pan ready for cooking. Its build quality is very high and I look forward to making great food in it for many years to come. I own the 20cm one as well which is great for smaller items.

Struggling to stop food from sticking to the pan even after following the stainless steel cooking guide from Scanpan. It has ended up ruining a few meals. We'll keep trying, but no luck so far. Disappointing!

A great frying pan. It conducts heat very well so it works great when I want to sear chickenlambduck or even steak. It also has good depth which makes cooking "saucier" dishes such as risotto easy. It is not non-stick but a relatively low effort to clean.

I have a small Scanpan which I have been very happy with; so was delighted to see Yuppiechef stocked the bigger size. It was out of stock when I ordered it but Yuppiechef was great, kept me informed and very quickly sourced a pan for me. Great service, thank you.

I have many Scanpans and I love them all but when I ordered my recent Scanpan, the coated one was not available so I chose the one in question. Everything I try to cook in the Scanpan sticks to the base. I have sprayed coconut oil as well as using butter for just a plain omelette and it comes out a mess .
