We still love the old-fashioned ICEBERG lettuce and this knife prevents bruising so you never get the rusted edges. Love, love this. P.S. I also use it as a cake knife at my kiddies parties - no chance of little fingers getting sliced ;)

I would recommend this product to a friend.
