Vanilla Extract

One of the things I bake is a meringue pudding that uses 14 egg whites. Up until now, all the other vanilla essences I used couldn’t quite hide the smell of egg. This time, the Nielsen Massey Vanilla Extract did the job perfectly.
No egg smell whatsoever. Although not cheap, I will definitely buy it again.

Tasting a cake or a lovely pavlova made with NM vanilla extract, has made my taste buds go to cloud number 9!
