A complete waste of money

The grater is not sturdy and broke after a few uses, would not recommend.

I would not recommend this product to a friend.

Not strong enough for parmesan

As with all Microplane products this cuts well but on the second grate with soft Parmesan i.e. with all the crusts cut off, the handle broke away from the grating drum.
Unfixable so don’t bother to try this Microplane!

I would not recommend this product to a friend.
