Product information

With a choice of two sizes of nozzle attachments, small for injecting meat juices and large for herbs and thick marinades, this flavour injecting syringe features a calibrated case for accurate measuring.

Simply pour flavourful stock or marinade into the syringe, attach the correct sized nozzle, and inject the flavour into the body of the meat. No standing in marinade for hours, only to flavour the exterior. Save time, and get extra juicy, extra delicious meat to show for it.

This product does work very well although I am using it for something for which it was maybe not intended? Filling of hollow chocolates and moulded chocolates with "fluid" ganache (i.e. beer or wine) and/or fruit jellies :-)

I was looking for a better "material" than only plastic or rubber made Injectors. This works terrifically and is a valuable product - that should last for very very long.
I like the 2 needles.

This is not only the answer to a fail safe roast, but also excellent quality. The 2 size needle makes it perfect for different types of meat also including chicken breasts. A must have for all kitchens!

This injector is a very good quality - I was pleasantly surprised.

Easy to use on meat, I found it very user friendly.

I also used it to inject a secret filling into cupcakes, which worked beautifully.

A very nice, heavy-duty syringe with two deep needles. It allows you to really get into a large piece of meat and the 2 different sized needles allow for thicker marinades. Awesome.

Just unpacked this, so can only review on first impression. Seems sturdy and good quality. I would like to ask though if when sending goods out that there is not so much plastic packed with the goods. The amount of plastic bubble and plastic wrap that arrived with my order was crazy.
