This is such a beautiful pan - lightweight and easy to use, it turned out perfect Madeleines.

The recipe that I found on Spatula made using the product a dream - a definite must for tea parties!

Another really good quality pan.

I tried the Madeleine recipe from Spatula which was okay, nothing special, none of the intense flavour I expected of a Madeleine.

I have a recipe from Michelle Roux Jnr, which I haven't had a chance to try, yet.
The Michelle Roux Jnr, recipe looks very promising and promises to deliver on the intense flavour I'm looking for.

When I first got the pan, I was a bit disappointed as I thought the Madeleine holes are too big. I immediately made my first batch of lemon scented Madeleine's, but only filled the holes three quarters. The result was perfect, crispy, light and fluffy Madeleine's, and the size was perfect. This pan is very sturdy!
