This cookie maker is great and does a great job. I just wish the cylinder had a longer length like the olden days cylinders which my mom still owns, so that you don't need to refill dough time and again. Recommendation is for YuppieChef to break down measurements for such products so we make an informed decision. But otherwise it is one of the best buys I ever made online and quality is great too. Definitely authentic! Biscuits are super beautiful and easy to make as long as your dough recipe is 100%. Be sure that it is soft enough but not wet. Choose a buttery recipe like shortbread or custard cookies. Keeps my 6year old twins busy without any help from me. Thát easy!!

Loving this press..however wondering why Yuppiechef show an extension arm in demo video BUT it is not supplied with cookie press they sell?? Please advise? Italy sells with extension arm.

Good quality.
A decent range of dies for different shapes.
2 height settings which are easy to use.
