The telescopic handle is easy to use and seems robust.
Different positions for neck and head of the functional parts make this ideal for difficult to reach windows.

Easy to use. The microfibre sponge works well and is removable and machine-washable. The telescoping handle is robust and the multi-angle head is useful - I can now clean the outside of upstairs windows relatively easily and without ladder access. This has been a good buy!

Very disappointed with this product, thought at the price it would be good quality. The rubber blade for wiping the window is very hard so doesn't wipe cleanly and the rubber leaves marks on the windows. I tried it once and will never use it again.

I would not recommend this product to a friend.
