This is one of my favourite Le Creuset items. Works fantastically. Nice, big and deep and any roast will fit inside. Works just as well as the stainless steel roaster at a fraction of the price. Developed small bubbles on the surface after +/- 12 months but true to Le Creuset's promise I took it into the nearest store and they exchanged it, no questions asked. So pleased that I bought this roaster - it definitely is non stick. Cooked my Christmas turkey in it and it turned out beautifully, without sticking. Will definitely buy more of these products.

This is by far the best roaster I have ever used. It is a great size for any food, it's lightweight, the non-stick coating is very effective, and it cleans very easily. Truly fantastic and great value.

This was purchased as a gift for someone. I was surprised at how light the item is. It does look very stylish. I loved the fact that it comes with a lifetime guarantee. Straight from the oven to the tabletop. I would recommend this product.

Roasted food comes out just as it should - caramelised meat juices, lovely golden crispy potatoes - and all of it comes out easily without sticking the least bit. So none of the lovely gooey meaty stuff is wasted by staying behind in the pan, and you literally just need to wipe the pan with a wet cloth to clean it. The pan is big and high enough to make a whole family meal in one go, meat, potatoes, veg and all - perfect for mid-week dinners. With winter here, and this pan at hand, roasted fare of every description will be on the menu a lot! Read more
