- For stubborn food residue, soak for 15-20 minutes before washing to easily remove leftovers and stuck-on particles
- Don't use abrasive cleaning agents, metal scourers, or very stiff cleaning pads or brushes on any of the surfaces
- Dry thoroughly after washing and store in a dry place

I have one of these 26 cm beauties in Cherry. One of the best investments I've made. It's a good size but a bit heavy, as it should be, but the bigger helper handle is handy to carry it especially when you have food in it. It isn't like a proper non stick pan but food doesn't get stuck to the enamel coating if you heat up the pan to medium to hot with a little oil before adding the food to it. It Read more

No pre-tense, no disappointment... just a good solid cast-iron skillet/frying pan. Good size, large but not too large, sturdy with a reassuring heaviness that you know will stand you in good stead for many years to come.

A firm favourite in our house since acquisition in December. To date we've only used it to grill steaks but I look forward to using it on a number of meats and fish this year! Sears perfectly and produces restaurant quality steaks.

This pan is pretty and has a spout which is really useful to pour out excess fat.It is heavy, non-stick and heats up quickly.
The only downside is the iron handle which gets very hot, best to buy a pan handle cover with the pan.

I absolutely love this range of pans - never again will I buy a non-stick pan! The porous enamel just works so beautifully for everything from searing to fried eggs and even crepes. Crepes, people! All hail the Le Creuset kitchen gods.

This is one of my favourite Le Creuset products. I hardly get to pack it away in a drawer - it's always in use! The size is perfect for steak for one or two, and it does very well with pancakey batter like flapjacks. The thing I worried about most was cleaning, but it really is a breeze. Absolutely fantastic.

So, I accept this is my first Le Creuset purchase, so maybe I don’t get how to use the product.
It came with no instructions or how to use it guide. I have used it a few times and find it very hard to clean - to the point where I don’t feel it really is clean.
So, for me, a disappointing purchase.
