I've used this baking dish twice now, for oven-baked lamb shanks. It is outstanding. The dish held up well in oven temperatures up to 200 C, and the handles are just big enough to grip while not taking up much space in the oven. The lid and dish have a good fit, so very little moisture escapes during cooking. The dish looks good and retains heat after cooking, so it is excellent for table service. Read more

Worth a buy. The lid is unnecessary, I hardly use it. Just go for a cheaper one without the lid unless you are planning to serve with it.
