This metal tenderiser is lighter than some others that I have used before, which enables the user to have more control. It works wonderfully. The balance of the stem to the head of the mallet is comfortable and achieves the best result. I would maybe like a rubberised handle, but it does not take a away from the fact that this product is wonderful to work with.

Lightweight but works a treat. Mine found itself in the dishwasher - now a dull grey after horrible black 'greasy' powder rubbed off. My fault but would be a better product if it was dishwasher safe!

I have always wanted one of these and this product is particularly good. Very strong and good quality. I am sure will last a lifetime.
