Home Made Traditional Danish Dough Whisk

It is maybe not for all types of dough. Used it to mix my sourdough to a point. Still had to get stuck in with my hands afterwards but the flour was better hydrated when using this to mix than what it is when I mix by hand.

I saw this being used on a cooking show in the US and decided I need one.

Used it to make pizza dough and it mixed with no fuss, easy to clean and use.
