I am quite disappointed with the food processor compared to my KitchenAid Mixer which is amazing. The outside is plastic and not metal.

Small and fits snugly on the counter, taking up very little space. Works very well and I am happy with the purchase. The lid can be a little difficult to align correctly. Four stars only as the product is expensive compared to others, but this is the best choice if you are looking for a compact option.

Need another pair of hands in the kitchen? This is a serious little helper.
Chopping fresh garlic? No problem. Ginger? A quick whizz. Making pesto? Record time! Fresh Mayonnaise? A breeze. And a million other little tasks that take too much time. I wish I had bought this sooner.

Never thought anything in my house can be this useful. It's easy to work and even easier to clean. It chops onion, green peppers, mushrooms so finely or as finely as you want it without it being a pulp. Crushing biscuits for pudding bases is also really easy now. I really recommend this product.

I ordered this soon after online purchases were opened during covid-19, It was quite evident that Yuppiechef were overwhelmed by demand and couldn't keep up. No communication at first and long delivery time but this was soon rectified.

I bought this item to save time on chopping items such as carrots, onions, leeks and cheese. I went for KitchenAid because of its good reputation - but really disappointed.
I find the items chopped to still contain large 'unchopped' pieces.

The mechanism to slot in the bowl is flimsy and one has to do it over and over to get it "locked in". It's frustrating.

We have found some KitchenAid tips when using this product that will hopefully help resolve some of the issues you are experiencing, please see them as follows:

1). Use the multipurpose blade to chop raw fruits, vegetables, or nuts and to mince parsley, chives, or garlic. Don't process coffee beans or hard spices such as nutmeg, which may damage the food chopper

2). For better consistency, or to achieve coarsely chopped results, use the Pulse operation.

4). Meat should be raw

5). Add herbs and spices as they are

6). Break bread, cookies, or crackers into pieces that fit into the bowl before processing

7). Add shelled nuts as they are; no preparation is needed

8). Cut your foods into 2.5cm pieces for the chopper to efficiently work, different foods amount to the below amounts:

- Raw fruits and vegetables: Up to 3 cups
- Cooked fruits and vegetables: Up to 2.5 cups
- Meat: Up to 317g at one time
- Herbs and spices: Up to 4 cups
- Bread, cookies, or crackers: Up to 4 cups Purée
- Nuts: Up to 3 cups

A nifty little kitchen helper. No more lugging out the big mixer to which I have to attach a processor in order to whizz, liquidise, puree or chop just small amount.

This little workhorse fits into a deep drawer, cleans in no time and above all gets the job done beautifully! And it's pretty as well!
