Founded by Lorna Scott and developed by her family in Stillbay, Western Cape, Inverroche Distillery has grown from its humble beginnings as a small family business into a world-class artisanal gin producer. Inverroche uses unique ingredients to create luxury spirits — fynbos found nowhere else but within the dunes and mountain regions of the Cape floral kingdom. Handcrafted in small batches, every bottle promises a complex and wonderfully flavour-rich spirit. Perfect for lazy days and good times spent with those you love.

Inverroche takes its name from the combination of two words that pay homage to the Scott family ancestry — referencing both their Celtic and Gaelic backgrounds.
The Scottish word "Inver" meaning 'a confluence of water' and the French word "Roche" meaning 'rock or stone' are the very elements that have come together in Stillbay to create the conditions necessary to make these world-class, one-of-a-kind craft gins.
The Fynbos — "Fine Bush" (Old Dutch)
The Cape floral kingdom is one of only six such biomes in the world. It's the smallest, but also the richest and most abundant with more species of plant being found on the slopes of Table Mountain than in all of Great Britain! It is these plants, known as fynbos — grown nowhere else on the planet — that they use to give their gins their unique character and flavour.
