Festive Season Order Cut-off Dates for delivery

Like you, we really want to make sure that your orders arrive in time to spoil your loved one this festive season. That being said, things get a little crazy around this time and we don't want to disappoint. Here's what you need to know in order to get it delivered on time for you to place under your Christmas tree.

Please note: Shipping times are based on "In stock, can dispatch immediately" items only. Please check the product page to confirm if your choices are in stock at Yuppiechef, as opposed to with one of our suppliers. (You'll find that info in a green, blue or red block on the right side of the product page.)

Cape Town Orders

• Cape Town delivery area includes Southern Suburbs, Northern Suburbs, Southern Peninsula, Stellenbosch and Somerset West. 
• For orders for collection in our Cape Town stores please order and pay by Wednesday 20th December before noon.
• For deliveries to your door, please order and pay by Wednesday 20th December before noon.

Main Centre Orders

• Main Centres include Joburg, Pretoria, Durban, Nelspruit, Bloemfontein and other major cities.
• For orders for collection in our Main Centre stores please order and pay by Monday 18th December before noon. 
• For deliveries to your door, please order and pay by Tuesday 19th December before noon.

Regional Areas Orders

• Regional Areas include Hermanus
• For orders for collection in our Regional Area stores please order and pay by Thursday 14th December before noon.
• For deliveries to your door, please order and pay by Thursday 14th December before noon. 

In-store Order Collections

During the online check out process, you can select the Yuppiechef store you'd like to collect your order from. 

Please note: You will receive a "ready for collection" notification by email once your order is ready at the store.

PostNet Order Collections

Did you know: Customers can choose to collect their orders from over 300 PostNet stores throughout South Africa.

Though we do our best to ensure deliveries to PostNet stores are on time, as promised, we recommend that you confirm with your PostNet branch before collecting your order. PostNet will send an SMS to the recipient's phone number when the order is available to collect.
