Nespresso Always On Coffee Voucher Terms and Conditions:

This Nespresso Always On Free Coffee Offer (“Offer”) is organised and promoted by Nestlé (South Africa) (Pty) Limited (“Nestlé”) 8 Anslow Crescent, Bryanston, South Africa (the “Promoter”). All participants (“Participants”, “you”, “your”) in this Offer shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this Offer, participants warrant that they have read and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. This Offer applies only to any participating machine purchased from selected Participating Nespresso® Retailers in South Africa. The Offer period is any time within 30 days of purchase of your Nespresso coffee machine(s). The date of purchase is regarded as the date reflected on your original proof of purchase in the form of a till slip or similar document issued by the retailer (copies of debit card or credit card receipts will not be accepted).  

The following Offer is applicable to the below machines;

  1. All Nespresso machines will receive a R250 coffee voucher upon registration of the Nespresso machine which is redeemable when purchasing five (5) sleeves of Nespresso coffee.

The coffee voucher is redeemable only through the Nespresso® Club on 0800 63 7773 / [email protected], through the Nespresso® Boutiques and Booths, or through the Nespresso Registration page as per the below links;

 

  1. The R250 Coffee voucher must be used in full against a purchase of a minimum of Five (5) sleeves of either Original Line or Vertuo Line Nespresso Capsules;
  2. The R250 Coffee Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash;
  3. The Stipulated R250 Coffee Voucher will only be honoured if machine registration takes place within thirty (30) days of purchase of your Nespresso Coffee machine;
  4. Incomplete registration details will not be validated and will disqualify participation from this Offer; 
  5. The Offer will not be validated without a valid original proof of purchase showing the machine model, machine serial number, date of purchase and the name of the retailer; 
  6. The Offer may only be redeemed once against each individual machine purchased;
  7. This Offer is limited to a maximum of five (5) machines per customer; 
  8. The Offer is not valid for Wholesale, Professional and Business partners within the B2B and HORECA markets, or for the purchase of machines for resale; 
  9. The Offer is redeemable in South Africa only; 
  10. The Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. 

Nespresso® collects the customer’s personal information in order to conduct the Offer. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise required by law, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including but not limited to sending electronic messages to the Participants. HOW TO REDEEM ONLINE

Register your Nespresso® coffee machine with Nespresso® and receive your R250 Coffee Voucher by:

Step 1: Register your machine online by following one of the below registration links (based on the type of machine purchased) and activate your two (2) year Nespresso® machine warranty:

  • To access the online Nespresso® machine registration page, scan the unique QR code printed on the machine pack hanging tag or on the coffee welcome set inside your machine box. To download a suitable QR Code Scanner, visit your mobile application store.
  • Complete the online registration form in full and insert the 19-digit alphanumeric barcode that you can find on the drip tray, or underneath your new machine
  • Upload a copy of the ORIGINAL machine INVOICE (copies of debit card or credit card receipts will not be accepted)

Step 2: Receiving your R250 coffee Voucher:

  • Once online registration has been validated, the Nespresso® Club will send you email communication within three (3) working days of registration with your R250 Coffee Voucher.
  • Once you have received your R250 Coffee Voucher visit our website www.buynespresso.com/za_en/
  • Login with your account details or create an account;
  • Add a minimum of 5 sleeves of coffee capsules;
  • Add your unique Voucher Code in the basket to get R250 off your purchase.

HOW TO REDEEM IN NESPRESSO® BOUTIQUES AND BOOTHS, OR THROUGH THE NESPRESSO® CLUB

Register your Nespresso® coffee machine at any Nespresso® Boutique, Booth or through the Nespresso® Club and receive your Free sleeves as stipulated above.

Step 1: Register your machine and activate your two (2) year Nespresso® machine warranty:

  • By visiting any Nespresso® Boutique, Booth or calling the Nespresso® Club on 0800 63 7773
  • Insert the 19-digit alphanumeric barcode that you can find on the drip tray, or underneath your new machine on the reverse side of the machine pack hanging tag by filling in the digits in the space provided or by completing the coffee voucher received from a participating retailer.
  • Present the ORIGINAL machine INVOICE (copies of debit card or credit card receipts will not be accepted) at any Nespresso® Boutique or Booth. When registering your machine through the Nespresso® Club, you will be required to email an electronic copy of the ORIGINAL machine INVOICE.
