To retrieve your eBucks card PIN on the FNB/RMB Private Bank App:
- Access the FNB/RMB Private Bank App
- Select the eBucks icon
- Select the Self Service icon
- Select the eBucks PIN option
- Accept the disclaimer
- Select view PIN
You can download the FNB/RMB Private Bank app from your app store.
If you are a business customer:
- Visit www.eBucks.com
- Select Login
- Enter your RSA ID number
- Select Forgot PIN
