The competition will commence on 1 August 2020 and will finish on the 31st August 2020. The following terms and conditions apply. 

1. The competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or over except employees of The Duchess Drinks Company, Yuppiechef and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisations. 
2. The winner needs to be in South Africa at the time that the winner is announced in order to redeem their prize.   
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. To be entered into the competition all entrants are expected to follow these steps:

•   Purchase a 4-pack of The Duchess Spritz Elderflower White OR Berry Rose to the value of R79 per pack.
•   Purchasing a 4-pack automatically enters an individual into the draw to win a SMEG fridge.
•   Entrants can purchase as many 4-packs as they please, which could better their chances of winning

5. A winner will be chosen from all entries received and will be chosen by random draw. 
6. The winner will be notified via contact details available to Yuppiechef within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
7. The Duchess Drinks Company will organize prize delivery to the winner.
8. The Duchess Drinks Company and Yuppiechef's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
