Editing My Order

How do I edit my order if I have already checked out but not paid?

Unfortunately you are not able to edit an order once you have completed checkout. Please call us on 0861 702 4969 or email us at [email protected] and one of our Customer Support agents will be able to help you.
Alternatively you can start a new order online.

How do I edit my order if I have already paid?

If you have already paid for your order you will need to contact one of our Customer Support Agents who will be able to edit the order for you.

We unfortunately can’t edit your order once our warehouse team has started packing your order already, or once your order has shipped with our couriers.

How do I remove items from my cart?

You have three options.

Option 1: Hover your mouse over the cart icon in the top right of the page. Click the ‘x’ next to each item you wish to remove.

Option 2: Click on the cart icon in the top right of the page. Click the ‘rubbish bin’ next to each item you wish to remove. Confirm that you wish to remove the item.

Option 3: Click on the cart icon in the top right of the page. Change the quantity of each item to zero, by inserting ‘0’ into the quantity field, or by clicking the ‘-’ button next to the quantity field. Confirm that you wish to remove the item.
