Unfortunately our couriers do not call before delivering. However, as soon as we dispatch your order we will send you an email with the tracking details so that you can track the delivery progress online. If the couriers were unable to deliver on their first attempt they will phone you to arrange a suitable time.
On the day of your delivery, the courier company will notify you via sms. If there are any issues with your availability on that day, please contact them on the number provided to reschedule and find a more suitable time.
