I love the product, the way it doesn't feel like plastic,
BUT the drinking rim feels like they missed a step in production. It's quite harsh on the lips. I'm a bad returner and am just hoping that over time it will soften. Failing that, I could sandpaper 😳

These have been family favourites, unfortunately, the glasses "tear" when washing, and there is NO warranty...

Even though the glasses seem flimsy, they are elegant and lovely to sip wine, or any other drink whilst in the jacuzzi.
