I made the Mocha cake. Why would it not rise evenly?
When the cake was done, the middle didn't rise as much as the sides. What could be the reason for this?

Check the temperture of your oven and make sure you don't open oven before cook time. Also place cake In the middle of oven. Do you live in an high attitude place which could have something to do with your bake time, if so turn oven down and cook longer. Hope this is helpful
