what can i use instead of rose water
Hi i am doing the sweet treats course and would like to know what i could replace the rose water with when making the nougat. Rose water is not easily available to me in New Zealand. Thank you. Nicky Holmes.

Hi Nicky, your best bet is to try almond essence or even vanilla essence. It will change the taste slightly but will still be very tasty. Let us know how it goes!
