What is the substitute for self raising flour?

I am from Nepal. Self raising flour is not easily available in our country so i need to know if i can use normal white flour instead or is there any substitute for it?

hi, yes normal white flour can be used but you need to add two teaspoons
of baking powder to the flour, per cup of flour. Just sift it through with the flour or whisk it into the flour with a hand whisk.
