Product information
Mustard is made by grinding up the seeds of the mustard plant, into a fine powder, and adding enough verjuice, wine or vinegar to make a paste. The strength and taste of the resulting mustard is determined by which seeds were used, while the flavour is affected by the liquid used, too. The name mustard comes from the Latin 'mustum', which was the name given to young wine, now known as must.

- Perfect spread on a ham and cheese sandwich, or used to baste chicken or pork when cooking

Not just an addictive mild mustard, it's become the family's secret ingredient in creamy dressings for potato salad and slaws. Really lifts meh mayo with a little bite and a hint of sweetness.

Bought on a whim, this mustard is now a firm favourite. Glazed my Xmas gammon with this mustard and brown sugar ( delicious result)- and on a ham sandwich it's amazing. Usually I find mustard a harsh taste, but this is so well balanced that we use it a lot.

Was actually looking for a more sweet and subtle tasting mustard, but this little bottle packs a heck of a punch in a good way! If sweet is what you're looking for this is not it though, but this is a very tasty, strong mustard and my husband ate half the bottle in one sitting!!!
