So simple, sleek and beautiful. All the sizes work really well for storing everything from muesli, to nuts, to sweets to baking goods. Can't have too many!

Consol bottles are a nostalgic memory from our mothers' or our grannies' kitchens. This year I have decided to package my friends' Christmas gifts in these jars. The contents are handmade and visible and I will also add some vintage trim but leave the bottle as-is so that the friends can use the bottle in their own kitchens.

Great jars, just got them yesterday to store a range of things from nuts, seeds, lentils to rice etc. (dry ingredients). Just note that the packaging says the lids can only be used once - but I imagine that's only if you're using the jars to make preserves/jams etc.? This is unclear - otherwise very happy!

Consol Jars are the best for storage

I keep adding to my collection of Consol jars. I use them to store grains, nuts, seeds, smoothie powders, as salad containers, teas, coffee beans, sweets, biscuits, cereals... I love using glass storage containers, I find them far superior to plastic for preservation.
