Non-Stick 24 Hole Mini Muffin Pan

Wow! I would give it 100 stars.
I am a huge le creuset fan, but this pan gives them a run for their money.
Non stick quality is brilliant, it's also not as mini as some other pans, perfect size. If you use mini cupcake papers, you can also get a slightly bigger cupcake.
And of course, you can bake 24 cupcakes at once! YaY!
I love it!
I did 4 batches of cupcakes back to back and all I did was wipe down with a paper towel between batches.
A 12 standard size cupcake recipe, fills 24 of these mini's perfectly, no waste. You won't be disappointed with this pan. Read more

I made a batch of mini crustless quiches in this pan yesterday. They baked beautifully, and just fell out of the hollows effortlessly. Although the mixture had come over the edges of the greased hollows, the whole tray cleaned up easily.

The hollows are a perfect size for cocktail quiches and other treats.

I can definitely recommend this product.

I chose this muffin pan specifically because I wanted a mini muffin pan with deep holes.
The description of the product states "Hole dimensions: 5cm x 4.5cm"
The holes are only 2 cm deep. Disappointing!!

Perfect for mini Hertzoggies and other sweet or savoury tartlets. Best non-stick baking tray I've used and is super easy to clean.
