Classic 1-3 Cup Coffee Maker

Go the Chemex 1-3 cup maker as a gift, and REALLY enjoy the experience of making coffee with it. The pour-over drip process is a little slower than your average Aeropress, but the time and consideration it takes to brew using the Chemex produces a really clean, flavorful cup of coffee. One thing to note - the '1-3 cup' description produces about 1 full cup of coffee. The Chemex 'cup size' is using a 5oz (150ml) measurement, so if you're looking to produce a full size brew of coffee for yourself, the '1-3 cup' is the way to go. The small Chemex Coffee Maker is easy to use and it makes great coffee. Favourite features are its simplicity and that one can place it directly on the stove to reheat coffee. It's a beautiful object too. The Chemex filters are good to buy with the Chemex, but buy the folded ones if you're not keen on an origami-style morning coffee session...
